HP Recommended
ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer
Android 5.1 Lollipop

Unable to print via Google Cloud either Docs - gmails - pages from internet.

When I check Cloud Print it says "Could not deliver print job to printer"

However if I scan a document or copy a document or select a PDF FILE it prints successfully

So far I have done the following:

Unplugged the printer and removed the power cord

Turned off my Lenovo Yoga 2 tablet

Unplugged the router - waited and then plugged the router back in

Plugged power cord back into printer - plugged printer into wall socket and switched printer on

From front panel checked ONLINE and CONNECTED

Turned tablet on checked WLAN had status of CONNECTED

Tried to print from Google Docs ERROR "COULD NOT DE!IVER PRINT JOB TO PRINTER"

Selected PRINTERS and it shows

ENVY 5640 e -All-in-One Printer and if I click on the printer name it says "PRINTER IS ONLINE AND READY TO PRINT"

I cannot think of anything else to try can you please help
