Product: Digital Sending Software 5.10

When trying to start the Digital Sending Software (DSS) Configuration Utility in version 5.10 I get the following popup error message:

 

Installing on Windows Server 2008 R2

 

HP.DSS.App.ConfigurationUtility.View

Configuration utility will shutdown as connection to DSS Service timed out.  Please check DSS service status.  Restart DSS service manually if required.

 

The service is running and restarting the service does not help.

 

Any suggestion on who to solve this?
