HP Recommended
Product: Office jet pro 8020

I’ve had the same issues with the blue and magenta ink cartridges not printing which I was informed were defective. This caused the issue with my print head which is now damaged and needs to be replaced. I’m out of warrantee of course and the new print head costc more than the entire printer! Of course HP isn’t taking responsibility so I’m stuck with a worthless machine.
