We had an issue with our printer not drying correctly with glossy paper so we called a tech out from the company we have contracted for our printers. He was able to fix the dry time issue; but in the mean time when he printed another poster, the colors on his test came out more yellow than they were originally (no paper change or ink change) so we asked him if he could fix the color issue. He played with the settings on the printer and the computer and now all of our prints are coming out much more greyed out with a more severe color issue than what he was trying to fix.  He was claiming it was an issue with the printheads being clogged and that we needed to upgrade our system however I ran all of the test prints (including the nozzle test) after he left and they all were good. I also found the tests he ran himself in the recyclables that were all fine too and a HP image he printed directly from the printer itself... but that’s an issue we’re dealing with with the tech company.

I’m fairly certain at this point that it’s an issue with the settings on the Win10 PC that he played with but I can’t find the default settings for the ink manager anywhere. Anyone have any ideas or thoughts? Thanks!
