My brand new DesignJet T130 is supposed to be able to print from a 24 inch roll, or 8.5x11 from the multi-sheet tray, or 11x17 from the multi-sheet tray. I have the latest drivers installed, and I ran the firmware update. No matter what I do, I get a paper size mismatch error:
{filename} requires to be printed on 17.0 in., but the printer is currently using 11.36 in.. Please choose among these options. [Print anyway] [Cancel job]
What do I need to do to be able to start using this expensive plotter?
Edit: I followed the support articles from HP, and updated the firmware, now the plotter won't connect to my network. My router sees it, but when I try to ping it, it gives no response.
