DesignJet T1530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We installed a DesignJet T1530 at a customer location using a reserved IP address that we associated with the printers MAC ID. The printer was set to DHCP.   On three occasions now, we are told the printer lost network connectivity and each time the printer setting changed from DHCP to BOOTP.    We have over 100 DesignJet printers at customer locations and we've never seen this problem.     It could be human error with someone messing around with the settings, however, it's happened 3 times so I wonder if it something else.

The customer runs a combination of Windows/MAC/Linux Operating systems and could be printing from any of those platforms.

I was wondering if anyone has seen this type of issue and/or has any suggestions.

Thanks,
