Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have gone through the necessary steps to get printer to work with win 10 64 bit, now printer acts like it is working but puts no ink to paper. As there is no maintenance tools with the win 10 driver, how do i fix this issue? Printer worked on a win 7 machine 6 months ago with no issues, and the ink is all new. Help??
