Hello - Our Plotter has been a great workhorse for many years. Lately the display does not show the actual status unless we power off & on, and then will only show correct status for an hour or so. For instance, if we access the cartidges the plotter goes thru the routine, but still displays "Status Ready" And, more importantly, If we try to get to the menus the display still states "Status Ready", so we do not know where we are in the sequence. At first we thought the buttons were not functioning, but they work fine right after re-boot Initialization

Any recommendations?
