Designjet 800
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My office owns a Designjet 800 plotter. We're getting the 21.10 station service error when starting the printer. When we manage to get rid of the error by following the HP support procedure (removing the printheads and putting them back on) the service station seems to work properly.

Does anyone know if taking the service station out and clean it will be enough to solve the problem?

Or is it best to replace it with a new one? May it be a mechanical problem on the station?

Since we didn't replace any part of the plotter, I guess that there are no bent or damaged cable causing the error.

Thanks in advance for your advice.
