Product: Designjet T1100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

DesignJet T1100 MFP printer scanner. We replaced our 2008 Windows File servers running Active Directory with 2019 File servers running Active Directory. When we attempt to add a network path for scan jobs we receive the following error: 

 

56-63 Unable to create network mapping. Please check that your entered settings are valid and that the network is working. 

 

I have tried multipe servers on the network to multiple shares with domain admin credentials using paths beginning with hostname or IP address. We verified share permissions and NTFS permissions. All fail to create a mapped network connection. I powercycled the PC attached to the printer.  Any ideas?
