Response to HP Designjet System Maintenance is "The Connection has timed out - The server at 192.168.0.12 is taking too long to respond".  I tried to remove/repair the program but cannot "Repair installation cannot continue while C:\ Program files................\....\System Maintenance\hp_dj_sme.exe is in use.  To continue with uninstallation, close the program that is using the file, then click Yes; to quit the installation, click No".

I have had the printer since 2005 and it has always worked.  I recently moved and now the Maintenance Utility and the Callibrate Color Utilities cannot be accessed.

With limited knowledge I have tried for hours to find some solution but am now totally lost.  My location is Canada.
