I have a DJ T520 24".

When I turn it on, it goes thru normal initial  blue bar, "preparing printer" and then "Cartridges Installed - Align printhead". After 2 seconds of appearing this last screen, throws error "51.1:10 Restart the printer to continue. If the problem persists, contact HP support". It happens always.

In the Support Menu / Error Log, this error appears as:

 

51.1:10 NVM Backup is missing or does not work correctly.

Corrective action: Replace NVM backup

 

How do you replace NVM Backup?  Reinstalling FW? or doing some backup?

 

Any help is appreciated.
