Product: DesignJet T610

On a DesignJet T610 I put in a new ink cartidge and it worked fine. Looking at the ink cartridge stats in the menu it shows 130ML. However, on restart of the printer, the printer gives an error that the cartridge is out of ink. Looking at the ink cartridge information in the menu, the ink cartridge shows 0ml. This happens on multiple cartridges. Yellow and magenta right now.
