Product: Designjet T770
Hi, I have a problem with a Designjet T770.
When I turn on the general switch on the back the printer does not start.
There are three red lights on the back: the first and the second turn on, while the third does not. The front panel is blank, and nothing appears. I've read on the user manual that it could be necessary to wait up to 45 minutes for the end of the process if the printer has been off for some weeks (this is the case). I've waited for hours, but nothing happened.
I tried to update the firmware, but the USB pen is not recognized.
Do you know what could be the problem?
Thanks a lot,
Matteo
