Product: DesignJet T920

Suddenly don't have the choice of paper length when loading roll.  Still have the choice of Previously loaded paper and can still choose Universal Bond Paper, bright white, etc. but width and length choices no longer appear.

 

I'm referring to the screen on the plotter itself and not at computer terminal.

 

HELP

 

I'm wondering if the lack of these choices is now causing my sudden cutting issue as in the cutter seems to think the paper is 22 inch when it's really 24 and it's tearing my jobs and jamming.  BTW, I get a clean cut when first loading paper so I know the cutter is still good.

 

Weird.
