Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I think I am in the Microsoft Land of the Bizarro.

Issue

I print a monthly color menu from Publisher 2016.  Last year, I could no longer print in color from Publisher, so HP told me to install the HP Instant Printing Pro (IPP) and print from a PDF.  I had problems which HP couldn't fix and they sent me v2.0.2.3137, which worked for a while.

Lately, IPP will not recognize my printer.  (I have had a major win 10 update recently).  I can give IPP the IP address (which I can successfully ping from my computer), but IPP can't find ANY of the 5 working HP printers on my network, whether I give it the IP or tell it to search for HP printers.

The odd thing is the Microsoft Word CAN print in color directly to the Designjet using the Windows driver.  The problem seems to be with Publisher and IPP.

Bottom line, my menu can only be printed in b&w and I don't want to spend $5k+ on a new printer right now!

Windows 10 Enterprise Version

Version 1709  (OS Build 16299.125)

Windows Driver Installed

HP Designjet Z3100 44in Class Driver   /   Type 4- User Mode   /   Driver v10.0.16299.15

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
