Product: HP DesignJet111
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Anytime the power goes out or I turn off the printer the Cyan ink shows that it is empty (keeps flashing blank).  Once I replace the cartridge it runs fine until the next power outage (I've learned to keep the printer on at all times!).  This has happened with original HP ink as well as remanufactured ink.  Is there a way to downgrade the firmware version on this printer?
