Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

All I want is to hookup the printer to a new router [as i have moved]. I tried the installation app but am stuck in a loop. This is an inexpensive printer and must be hooked via the commuters it has no screen. I move often and this is a nagging problem. I hated my epson printers but if I cannot solve this problem Im going back.
