HP LaserJet m570dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We bought this printer a couple of months ago and I configured it with a password (I even wrote it down).  However, it will not take this password for whatever reason. I need to be able to reset the password. I have followed the post here on the forum that explains how to get to the Preboot menu after the HP Logo displays "1/8" with an underscore, etc., but this printer DOES NOT display it!  I hate to send the printer back to Staples where we purchased it, over something as simple as changing a password.  I've used HP printers for a number of years in my twenty year tenor at FedEx and never experienced so much frustration over something that should be as simple as falling off of a bicycle. This really makes me re-think about continuing to use HP printers in the future!
