Posted this problem in November of 2018 and never got a single response. It's been problematic. Now it just doesn't work. Previously had Fax to Folder working. It would occasionally lose connection to the network share and the faxes would queue up. Usually a power cycle would help. Same thing again this morning. Couldn't clear them out. I reset the share, it passes test. Nothing moves from queue. Finally figured I could turn it off and it printed everything out so they didnt' lose anything. So then I set it up for Fax to email. Again, it tested fine and they received the test email.  Before setting this up I updated to latest firmware, too. Check back this afternoon and nothing has been sent. Turned it back off so the backlog could print out.  I work for an MSP and support this printer.
