HP Recommended
Product: Example: HP Officejet Pro X576dw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not print anything. Printer is usually offline. Scan to computer is currently unavailable. Print job is usually stuck in queue, but the box lists no jobs in queue. I am not sure if my printer software is up to date.
