Laser Jet P1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a document that is stuck somewhere between my P1102w and my computer.  I have cleared the word document from the printer list, I have turned off the printer spooling in services, and have gone to the location of printing projects on my computer and there is nothing there.  I did a complete factory reset of the printer several times and tried reinstalling it various ways - just by searching for it, installing it with the CD, and using the Wireless configuration to find and install it.  ALL to no avail.  And in the process of trying to do that, I did something to my computer so I had to do a total reset of that and reinstall everything.  I figured that because everything was wiped on the computer, that the document would be gone.  So I reinstalled the printer and printed a couple of documents with no problems.  But the problem seems to be when the printer auto-shuts off and I send a different document to it.  When it starts back up, it prints the document I just sent and the old one again too.  Any help will be totally appreciated.  This little printer has been a workhorse for me but I am about to throw it in the dump.

UPDATE:  I have connected the printer by the USB cable and it has been two days and no problems whatsoever.   Not printing the phantom word doc.  So that tells me that the problem is somewhere in the Wi-Fi connections.  Any ideas?
