Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there,

we have  a workstation with the latest drivers from hp support page are installed, wich produces faulty prn files. Older files or which ones created with other workstations are printable (through HP Click & HP eprint & share)

 

Our worklflow: 

Choose print plan in our desgining software, choose T790 printer, choose checkbox redirect (or output) to file, adjust pagesizes to plan, finally set a filename and choose prn filetype.

 

The file is generated without errors. But if I try to open it in HP Click, an errormessage rises up, "Fileformat not supported"

 

Do you have any ideas, what could be wrong ?
