I used to have Internet, prior to price gouging, when I originally bought my HP 8600 Printer. So, upon  purchase of the HP8600, I downloaded the printer driver to my Apple Catalina OS. After ending Internet access @ home, I could still connect my USB cable from my printer  to a hub, plug the hub into my Apple & print. I would  take my Apple some where there is wireless internet access or use my Samsung S7 cell phone to use Internet. Now, Apple quit allowing me to print fr: my HP8600 stating that I am now missing part of the driver. So, I downloaded the HP8600 set up driver as a zip file to my cell phone, then transfered the zip file via USB cable to my Apple Macbook Pro Laptop, then attemped to reinstall the zip driver. The set up driver will not let me reinstall the printer driver without access to the internet. In the old days set up software would be incl. as a disc to be installed without internet. What is the work around to reinstall  a zip file printer driver without internet access? I should be able to complete this reinstall of a printer driver step without the internet and print using a USB Please help.
