Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 all in one series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all-

 

I recently had a Microsoft update on my Windows 10 laptop. Since the update, my printer has not been working. I keep receiving a 'driver is unavailable' message and cannot update the driver through HP smart App. Can anyone help?
