Hi everyone,

soooo guess what I updated my MacBook Pro to the OS Big Sur and now my HP printer doesn't work. I tried everything that I could find for solutions of this problem with the help of an intense Google search, but nothing helped so far. I, of course, got the notification that everyone got, so I proceeded to try to find solutions...

I reset my printer system, I deleted the HP files in the Library section and all that and of course also tried to reinstall everything but nothing works.

HP's Smart Start is no help either. When I try to search for my printer's specific driver there is none found. Be it on the official HP website or elsewhere. I found some installation packets that have PhotoSmart included, but those are too old and I can't even run the dmg file.

I read somewhere that I need my printers .icns file to be included in the PDDs folder, but I'm not able to find that one anywhere as well...

If any more information about my printer is needed or any other information I'll be happy to provide those.

Thanks so much for your help in advance!
