The printer is connected to the router by ethernet. Works with other computers but not with a NUC D34010WYKH (windows 10).
I can go the IP adress in the browser withouth any issues and the computer finds it in devices and printers but "driver is unavailble"
Yes, I have updated drivers/reinstalled all HP related stuff.
I removed rebooted and so on.
I tried to connect via USB and the computer finds it but I cant print. I try to install it with the dedicated software and choose connection with USB, it finds it but when it tries to install a get an error message with something about an "ntprint.inf" missing...
only related topic was https://support.hp.com/lt-en/document/c00256585 but could not get this solution to work either.
