Product: Laserjet P2015dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, 

 

I own a Laserjet P2015dn. All of a sudden (i) duplex printing stopped working and (ii) pages are ejected so fast that they fall onto the floor instead of piling up in the tray. The problem has already been showing up a year ago - and then miraculously went away. Any input would be highly appreciated!
