HP ENVY 5640
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an ENVY 5640 and about a year ago I replaced old router with the ASUS Zenwifi CT8 (2 units).  Went thru process of connecting 4 laptops, one desktop and 4 iphones.  Worked great, and still does for all but one laptop.  Win10 64-bit Acer aspire worked for 9 months, now won't print.  It says the printer is connected (Devices and Printers), but when I try to print to it, I get the dreaded Error printing to blah, blah, blah, popout from bottom-right.  I move this laptop from right next to router to closer to extension unit of mesh router on weekends, again worked fine doing that for 9 months, now, no luck.  I have totally removed and rebooted all of the HP printer software from laptop, rebooted and re-installed Base, Full, HP Easy, et.al. multiple times.  Can't print, same frackin' error.  Yet, go into Devices and Printers and it ways its fine.  Thanks, Curtis
