Product: Laserjet 4200 and 4250

We have two older Laserjets, a 4250dtn and a 4200.  The firmware on both is the latest, and they both have a Jetdirect installed, also with the latest firmware.  The workstation I'm using is Windows 10.  Admittedly no one has looked at them in a long time since they just work.  However, I was trying to use the EWS to set printer settings, and found I only have the Networking tab.  The manual indicates there should also be an Information and a Settings tab for setting non-networking options.  I've tried several browsers, so unless they're all incompatible I feel like something else is wrong.  Any hints?
