Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, moving computer from Laptop to Tower, and trying to get Easy Document creator (EDC) working on the new computer.

 

Once it installs it asks permission to run EDCInstallHelper.exe, which leads to a notification box for "San2PCNotify" of "unable to launch application.

 

Its version 2.02.59, latest from hp site. (Old version 2.02.24 exhibts same problem that works on win10 64 bit version on laptop works, But I haven't tried reinstalling on the laptop)

 

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

 

Any pointers anyone?
