I have several printers PageWide Pro 477dw MFP and  PageWide Pro 452dw that are having a connectivity issue. I can´t access them with any browser, the page message is that it didn't send any data. I manage the printers using a Web JetAdmin server and they show as having a device communication error, however, I can ping the device and get a reply, I even do a snmp walk and get a succesful communication. The printers are dhcp assigned and have their ip reservation. If I restart the printer, it starts working fine and I can see it communicates again with WebJetadmin but after a while it sends the error code again and it is unreachable trought the browser, but still can ping it. I read in a post here that the solution for somebody with the same issue was a partial clean of the printers, but I cant do this with the model of mine. Has somebody had the same issue?
