Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Smart print system is a disappointment. Please advise on standard WiFi configuration as in previous printers that did not require internet. I need access to all printer functions on my home WiFi network with absolutely no external internet connection (don’t need internet functions anyway––colossal security vulnerability). Am I doing something wrong, or is this HP’s intention? By the way, I typically block IPv6 networking, outbound print ports and remote management ports in addition to blocking a multitude of ports.
