HP color LaserJet flow MFP M880
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to enable HP Web Services.  When I open the HP Web Services Tab on the Printer Configuration page it shows 2 error:

1) HP Web Services is not enabled 2) This product is not connected to HP Connected.  There is a radio button below  labled "enable HP Web Services"  I am told by a friend that is the button that will provide me with the number I need to register.  When I click on it I get an error message "Could not communicate with HPConnected.com  If the product is network connected, try changing the Proxy Setting"  I have no idea how to change the proxy settings.  I have a fiber Gigabyte connection.  I have no firewall other than theh Actiontec C3000A modem that provides me internet access.  I have a page under configuration on the HP Web Services tab that is Web Proxy.  If I open that page it is asking for "proxy Server (blank), Proxy Server Port which is set to 80, Proxy Server User Name (blank), Proxy Server Password: (blank) and Proxy Server Exceptions List.  Cannot someone I would love to enable the web services.
