Example: HP Laser Jet Pro M227fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP LaserJet  Pro M227fdw. I am having two separate issues.

First issue is with printing envelopes. I cannot get the envelopes to print in the center of the envelope, only at the top of the envelope (where you would put a certified sticker at). I have changed the settings to envelope #10, used both trays, changed the way the envelope feeds and uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and software itself. Now it won't print envelopes at all.  I see where someone else had this same issue and was not able to resolve it. when I first got the printer I was able to print them with no issues.

Next issue is when printing. This is set up as my default printer and every time I print, the printer beeps and I have to go to the printer and hit ok or cancel. Even when printing more than one copy at the printer, I have to hit ok on the display. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue.

Anyone else have a resolution to these issues?

Thank you
