Product: HP Photosmart D7560
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Envelope printing has suddenly stopped working.  It seems to be a software problem in the desktop.  When I ask it to print an envelope, the print preview shows the text horizontal at the top of a regular 8.5x11 page instead of sideways in envelope format, and that's how it prints.  Same thing in more than one word processing application.  I updated "HP Smart  for Desktop" about 10 days ago.  Most likely that is when the problem started.
