Product: Envy 120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I start the printer HP logo appears for a moment then it changes to a memory address e.g. B8B1AF90 or  B8B1B734 never goes further. When pressing the power button while such a memory address shows up, the printer tries to restart, hp logo appears somtimes it runs until the next memory address, sometimes it just stuck so on the logo. Tried with disconnecting power, waiting for more than 60 seconds, didn’t help
