Envy 5014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been printing photos (full page color letter size HP glossy premium plus paper) on my envy 5014 inkjet printer (genuine HP ink) but lately I cannot print a full page image. I send it (wifi), printer begins to print, carries on for several minutes, then produces only a partial image on the page--20 to 50 percent usually. I get no error message on printer or computer. The printing does seem to be much slower than before.

All the troubleshooting steps including hp scan and print doctor have been tried without success (clean print heads etc). The test prints work fine. I've had no problem before, routinely printing the same way, with no trouble. I haven't installed any new equipment or changed settings.

The photos are jpg images, file size 1-2 mb approx. I print at max dpi. I thought maybe it was a memory issue but I have 16 gb memory and a paging file of over 20 gb on hard drive.

I'd appreciate any assistance please as I need to do this work and also this has wasted a LOT of that very expensive genuine HP paper and ink. Thanks!
