Product: Envy 5544

This just started happening, all had been  fine. When i print I get an error message  saying could not print. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, power cycled, set manual IP, run print doctor, set up through Smart, set up through full driver package, cleared registry, cleared spooler .... It says its connected , Web services enabled,  everything looks fine until you try and print anything ! Any clues?? Thanks
