Operating System: Other

The printer works sometimes using HP Smart app, but now even the app isn't working with the printer. I've reset the network settings, reset my Macbook's printer settings. The MacBook and the printer are on the same wifi network. This is infuriating! It doesn't work with our Windows machines either, sometimes works with our iphones using the HP app.
