HP Recommended
Product: Envy Photo 7864
Operating System: iOS

My printer Envy Photo 7864 is frozen on hp logo screen. Completely unresponsive. 

I unplugged and wait for few mins and plugged back in then load the first bullet then frozen again.

I tried many times.

My Mac and iOS app shows the printer is offline.

Are there any way to hard reset it?
