HP Recommended
Product: Envy Pro 6400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been struggling with this damned printer going offline since we bought it a few weeks ago. Drives me mad! The only way to get it to connect is by unplugging and replugging it back in. It'll then work for a while then goes "offline" again. Thinking best bet is to return it to Amazon and buy something different? Wifi connected.
