HP Recommended
Product: HP Scanjet G4050 Photo Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I tried several  times to install "setup_full_G4050_140_222" driver for 4050 Photo Scanner, I always got the following error (it's in Italian but understandable):

 

Error 1935.Errore durante l'installazione dell'assembly
'policy.8.0.Micrcsoft. VC80.CRT,type= "win32-policy", versi on= "8.0.507 27 
.42",publicKey T okene "lf c8b3b9ale18e3b ",processorArchitecture= "x86"

 

Googling the error I followed suggestions to uninstall and install again Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual C++ but error still comes.

 

I need a lot this scanner to convert my old dias, please help me.
