Product: HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-one

Hi,

my HP 2575 can't start. At poweron the printer displays a "blue screen" 83C00020 error with a blinking camera led. Searching by internet i found some instructions to hard reset my printer, but not working at all.

The only tip that can make me a "progress" was that i plug the power connector and press/hold Cancel + Right buttons, that displays on printer a green screen with code "12345", but nothing else happens.

I found a lot of instructions for other printer models, but not for my 2575.

How can i reset my printer? How can i print the diagnostic report?
