HP Recommended

I have an Officejet Pro x476dw MFP.  I have error code 0XC6FD0028.  I have unplugged the printer for at least 2 minutes.  I have unplugged the printer and held in the on/off button for 60 seconds.  The printer is frozen on the error page no matter what I do.
