HP Recommended
Product: HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw

I haven't used the printer for over a year. As we were homebased due to covid.
I have tried to print today and i get the Error Code 0xc6fd0413.

 

The ink is also out, 

I'm not sure if I should purchase new ink first and then try again, or if the above error is more of an issue than just the ink being out?


If i purchase ink, does it have to be the HP brand, or can i use a compatible alternative?
