Product: Officejet 7500A Wide Format
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer was in fine working order, until it suddenly wasn’t.

 

I’ve tried unplugging my Officejet 7500A Wide Format printer and restarting it several times. 

When I turn it on, it flashes a blue screen with error code C2FE016E for a split second. Then, the screen turns permanently white, and all the buttons (including the power button), permanently blink rapidly. 

None of the buttons work, and I am unable to access the ink cartridges because with the printer in this state, the ink cartridges do not slide out upon opening the printer. They remain tucked away in the far right corner where you cannot access them. 

I’m hoping someone can help me resolve this issue.
