Product: envy 5000 all in one printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Error Code OXB3D3242B Mac user please help!
Have turned off power etc and got second error code OXB3D14A2B

there doesn’t seem to be a support page for the envy 5000

grateful for any advice … I am truly technically challenged
