Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After successfully cleaning the inkjets with the automated service from the printer control panel, and printing beautiful copy a few times, the printer froze with

----  Error Msg 0X00000000 "There is a problem with the printer or ink system" ----   

Guidance is to shut off and restart.  BUT... It goes straight to the same message.   I cant find anything on the forum.   HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.1 has been run without success.

 

I'd through it out but I have too much invested in ink.

 

Any thoughts?      Are there any HUMANS alive in HP printer support??  I tried the chat but responsiveness was rediculous.  Anybody have a telephone number??
