Product: officejet 6950
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
In common with other users I a getting an error message about 30 mins after I switch on. It continually flashes. The code is OXB8519CA6. Others have reported the same or similar codes. I can clear it by pressing the power button and then I am OK for about 30 mins. I have reset the printer both by disconnecting and reconnecting the power and from within MAC settings. I have reset the network. None of this works
My firmware is up to date and I wonder if the recent update has caused the problem.
Any ideas?
